Product Introduction

    Rotary kiln can also be called cement rotary kiln is the main equipment of cement clinker dry and wet production line. Rotary kiln produced by Henan Machinery Factory is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building refractories, environmental protection and other industries. According to different materials, rotary kiln can be divided into three types: cement kiln, metallurgical chemical kiln and lime kiln.

    Structural composition of rotary kiln

    As a necessary equipment in the cement calcination process, the rotary kiln is mainly composed of a cylinder body, a supporting device, a supporting device with a blocking wheel, a transmission device, a movable kiln head, a kiln tail sealing device, and a coal injection pipe device.

    Main application of rotary kiln

    In addition to calcining cement clinker, rotary kiln (cement rotary kiln) is also used in the production of refractory materials such as clay, limestone and slag drying; it can also be used for iron, aluminum, copper, zinc, tin, nickel, Metallurgy of non-ferrous and ferrous metals such as tungsten, chromium, and files. In addition, in terms of environmental protection, cement kilns can also be used to burn hazardous waste and garbage. This not only reduces waste and harms it, but also uses waste as fuel to save Pulverized coal, to achieve the recycling of waste.

    Working principle of rotary kiln

    During the operation of the rotary kiln, raw meal powder is fed into the kiln barrel from the high-end down tube of the kiln tail cylinder. Due to the tilt and slow rotation of the kiln barrel, the material is rolled in the circumferential direction and along the circumference. Following the composite movement of the axial movement from high temperature to the low end, the raw material is decomposed and sintered in the kiln, and the cement clinker is discharged from the bottom end of the kiln barrel after entering the cooler.

    The fuel is sprayed from the kiln head and is burned in the kiln. The heat generated by the kiln heats the raw material, so that the raw material is calcined into clinker. The hot air formed during the material exchange process enters the kiln system at the kiln feed end. Chimneys are discharged into the atmosphere.

     Advanced structure and good sealing

    The kiln body of the cement rotary kiln is inclined to a certain level, and the entire kiln body is supported by a supporting wheel device, and there is a wheel blocking device for controlling the kiln body to move up and down. In addition to the main transmission, the transmission part is also equipped with an auxiliary transmission to ensure that the kiln body can rotate slowly and prevent kiln body deformation when the main transmission power is interrupted. The kiln head adopts a shell-type seal, and the kiln tail is equipped with an axial contact sealing device to ensure the reliability of the seal.
